Ellicott Terrace

Designed as a spec home, Ellicott Terrace is a study in balance and restraint with interiors designed by Storie Collective, architecture by District Architecture, and custom building by CMX Construction. The goal behind the project was to create a warm and enduring sense of home through the use of warm woods, veined stone, and soft textures with a harmonious neutral palette.
